Brief Introduction 

This test bench is used It is for pneumatic testing various kinds of products, such as various hoses, metal pipes, various autoparts pipelines, condensers, heat exchangers, hydraulic hoses for construction machinery, steel pipes, pressure vessels, globe valves, plug valves, check valves, ball valves, regulating valves, valve sets, etc., as well as valve body strength tests and high and low air pressure tests for petroleum machinery and instrument valves.

1. Test pressure: 10MPa, 25MPa, 40MPa, 60MPa, 100MPa, 120MPa, 150MPa ( According to your requirments)

2. Test medium: compressed air, nitrogen, helium or customer agreed medium

3. Driving pressure: 5-8bar

4. Test station: 1 station or multiple stations available 

5. Pressure accuracy: 0.5%F.S

6. Control pressure accuracy: 2%F.S

7. Ambient temperature: room temperature-15-150℃

8. Control method: automatic control or manual
