The test bench Clamping Loosen Button is not working?

Problem: 

After finish testing the valves in our Dory Valve test benches( Applied for all models of the test benches), the operator tried to press the button of the clamping loosen button in order to release the cylinder, but that button is not working? What shall we do ?

Solution:

1. If you want to discharge the valves after testing, you must be sure that there is no pressure inside of the valves, so you need to vent all of the pressure till zero. If there are still some pressure inside of the valves, the black needle of the pressure gauges are not return back to zero, in this case the clamping loosen button（Claw loosen for machine YFJ-B test bench, or other loosen buttons for other machine models) is not activated, this is the interlocking function to protect the operator from the damage of mistake operating by pressing this loosen button in case the valve is still under pressure. 

   
   

Actions to do : Release all of the pressure inside of the tested valve body. 

2. If you already released all of the pressure , make sure that there is no pressure inside of the valve body, but you still can not press this button. In this case you need to check the position of the green needle in the low pressure pump and high pressure pump electrical contact pressure gauges. Please noted that there are three needles in the electrical contact pressure gauges, The red needle is for setting the pressure, the black needle is for reading the pressure, and the green needle is for protection, which is called interlock functions. It means when testing pressure drop to zero, on its way to zero the black needle must touch the green needle to activate the function of cylinder loosen button, so the green needle should be at the position of 1 bar or 2 bar, and it must be above zero, not below zero. If the green needle is below zero, then the function is not activated, so the clamping loosen function can not working, and you touch the claw loosen button nothing happens. 

Actions to do :  Check the position of the green needle, set it to 1 bar or 2 bar, must be above zero.
