In 2009, Dory was located in Qiaohui Road, which was a old workshop about 1000 square meters, even though the workshop is samll, we strive to design , develop and manufacture the valve test bench as per customers' request. We can customize the machine according to the detailed requirments. One world famous automatic water control valve manufacturer, founded in year 1946, they found us in China and visit us one time before placing the order, after all of the details are confirmed, they placed the order of YFJ-B900 horizontal valve test bench for testing flange connected water control valves.  

We did the FAT factory acceptance test in our workshop, first appearance checking visually of the machine structure, pipeliens and all spare parts, then we used the DN600 PN16 ASTM A216 WCB body materials gate valve to do the pressure testing. According to the API598 ( a full valve pressure test standard ) did the shell test , back seat test, seal test both sides, and low pressure air closure test.  All of the tests are qualified.
